Haiti
Like everyone else, I’ve been following the newscasts & articles detailing the tragedy in Haiti & its survivors. But it’s easy to be initially heartbroken, then move with amazing speed toward indifference. The feeling of grief first experienced, is quickly followed by a sense of overwhelming helplessness, & finally out of desperation we turn off our emotions.
